Al got his start as a business development rep for Honeywell’s Building Services Division in Toledo, OH (7 years). During his time with Honeywell Al gained experience selling service agreements, energy retrofits, building automation systems, as well as performance contracts to commercial, industrial and institutional facilities. Al then spent 20+ years employed by a major regional service contractor in the roles of General Manager, Area General Manager, Vice President and Senior Vice President. In every position Al has had a close tie to the organization’s sales process either as a sales rep or in direct management of the sales organization. Al possesses a very strong background in the complex, consultative sales process and has extensive experience in vertical market sales.
